Depuration by filters using total oxidation

Depuration unit by total oxidation with recirculation of mud manufactured in Polyester reinforce with glass fiber, compact, cylindrical, horizontal, suitable to bury.
FUNCTIONING
The depuifying plant of total oxydation join three fundamental process:
1. A process of a long aeration
2. A process of nitrification – des nitrification
3. A process of separation –water clarification by mud cloak in suspension
These process get together in two compartments:
1. The effluent gets in the first compartment where the activation and nitrification zone are, where the organic material is reduce with the aerobic process by the introduction of air through diffusers, changing in carbon dioxide, water and new microorganisms. The aeration allows a correct oxygenation of the germs creating an advantage for the active mud.
2. The liquid goes to the second compartment, to the desnitrification and clarification zones. All these is used by the organic material as a source of carbon for the desnitrification. This compartment produce a mollification of the effluent that gives a mud sedimentation.
Purifying plant efficiency: DBO5: 95% - M. E. S.: 95%
INSTALATION
Previous to the purifying plant we install a treatment of smoothing so we can divide the residual water from the thick solid particles and so on we prevent the entry of elements that can damage the purifying plant.
We do the excavation as we measure the equipment and the gap of maneuverability of 50 cm. It´s very important that the land do not have any prominent contact of rock or any kind of pricking material.
In the lower part of the excavation we built a paving-stone reinforced concrete with a minimum thickness of 15 cm and 175 Kg/cm2 of resistance. When the concrete is set, we have to pour out another concrete with 100kg/cm2 of resistance and a high of 30 cm from the floor and all around the pit. While the concrete still melting, we put the tank in the right level.
When it´s dried, place the sand without any thick material all around the tank and at the same time, fill the tank until a 75% of it´s total capacity. It´s important to compact the sand when you place it so you avoid air holes.
For the underground tanks is required to place a chest in the man entrances where there will not be any recline over the tank
It´s a must that there were any underground water that drag the compact sand to avoid potential fissure in the tank.
DESIGN
The purifiyng plant are calculate attending a volume of 250 to 300 liter/people/day and a time of retention of 24 hours, higher parameters then the ones in the existing market.
SUPPLY MATERIAL
Compact purifiyng plant built in PRFV, recirculation bomb, air diffusors of fine bubbles and accessories in interior PVC , blowing limit valve and filter, electric square with temporizers of the bomb and blowing and the grid of standard measures smooth down.
The use of a biological activator is recommend when it´s going to be execute or when has been a while since you don´t use it to increase it´s efficiency from the first days.
